This Licenses Policy explains the permitted uses of digital products purchased or downloaded from Architecture to Drawings, a division of Vitruvius LLC. By purchasing, downloading, or using any file from this website, you agree to the terms of the license associated with that product.

When you purchase or download a digital product from Architecture to Drawings, you receive a limited, non-exclusive,

non-transferable license to use the file according to the license type selected or assigned to the product. This license does not transfer ownership of the original drawing, file, artwork, design, or digital content. All intellectual property rights remain with Vitruvius LLC, Architecture to Drawings, or the respective rights holder when applicable.

Architecture to Drawings may offer different license types, including but not limited to:

• Personal License

       The Personal License allows use of the digital file for individual study, personal reference, research, educational exercises,                     portfolio development, and non-commercial projects. This license does not allow resale, redistribution, commercial use, or use in             paid client work.

• Commercial License

       The Commercial License allows use of the digital file in professional, educational, design, presentation, documentation, or client-             related work. This license does not allow resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or inclusion of the original file as a downloadable or             editable resource for third parties.

• Extended License

       The Extended License allows broader professional or institutional use, including repeated use within a company, studio, office,               academic department, or internal production workflow. This license still does not allow resale, redistribution, sublicensing, file                 sharing, or uploading the original editable file to public or third-party platforms.

Depending on the license purchased, you may use the files for:

• Architectural study and reference

• Design presentations

• Academic and educational work

• Research and documentation

• Professional drafting or visual reference

• Internal office or studio use

• Portfolio and presentation graphics, when allowed by the license type

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Vitruvius LLC, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, transfer, or give away the files

• Upload the files to file-sharing websites, marketplaces, forums, or public databases

• Claim the files as your own original work

• Modify the files and resell or redistribute them as a new product

• Include the files in any competing digital drawing, CAD, block, vector, or resource library

• Sell printed or digital copies of the drawings as standalone products

• Use the files in any way that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property laws

All files remain the property of Architecture to Drawings, Vitruvius LLC, or the applicable rights holder. Purchasing or downloading a file gives you permission to use the file under the applicable license. It does not give you ownership of the file itself or the right to distribute it.

Your order confirmation, invoice, receipt, or download record serves as proof of license. You are responsible for keeping a copy of your purchase record for future reference.

Some materials may be offered for free. Free materials are still protected by copyright and license restrictions unless specifically marked as public domain or otherwise stated. Free downloads may be used only according to the terms stated on the product page or this Licenses Policy. A contribution may be appreciated for free materials, but it is not required unless clearly indicated.

Some content may be based on historical, archival, or public domain references. However, any restoration, redrawing, CAD conversion, organization, enhancement, layout, compilation, or digital preparation created by Architecture to Drawings may be protected as original work.Public domain source material does not automatically make the final digital product free of license restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, all drawings and digital resources are provided for educational, illustrative, recreational, research, and documentation purposes only. They are not certified construction documents and should not be used as final architectural, engineering, structural, legal, or construction documents.

You may not share purchased or downloaded files with other individuals, companies, institutions, online communities, or third-party platforms. Each user, office, company, or institution must obtain its own license unless an Extended License or written permission states otherwise.

You may modify files for your permitted personal, educational, or professional use under the applicable license. However, modified files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared, or presented as original downloadable products.
